Mallory and Tyler’s love story began at Epic, where their partnership on a client project sparked something beyond a professional and friendly relationship. Like many stories, they inevitably fell for each other and decided together to take an incredible journey together that included relocating to Australia which also led to an unforgettable engagement! Now, we’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on their breathtaking Garver Feed Mill wedding, meticulously planned across continents by their trusty and dedicated wedding planner planners – us. 😉
Having spent the past few years in the land down under, Mallory and Tyler were eager to reunite with loved ones and create an atmosphere of warmth and celebration for their wedding. Their day became a much-anticipated reunion, marking the first time many had seen the couple since their return to Madison just a couple of months prior!
The historic Garver Feed Mill played host to a truly magical day. The venue’s character blended seamlessly with the couple’s desire to create an environment that was not only elegant but also comfortable for all their guests.
Personal Touches:
One notable touch was their seating display, which incorporated their shared love for golf. So we tied in golf tees as escort cards. They also displayed some school spirit with nods to Mallory’s alma mater, Luther College! Before the walk down the aisle, her bridesmaids chanted the pride song and plenty of pictures were taken with the school flag!
Shawn with The Baked Lab created a masterpiece in its own right with its three-tiered wedding cake. It had butterflies incorporated into the design as they hold a special meaning in the bride’s family. To top it all off, Daffodil Parker surrounded the cake with a gorgeous floral nest for an even more stunning display!
The Ceremony:
Mallory and Tyler’s personal vows were a moment that will forever be etched in the memories of those fortunate enough to witness it. We weredefinitely wiping tears 😉 The ceremony was made even more beautiful as they were surrounded by the most beautiful ground florals in a half moon arch shape!
The Reception:
The festivities continued into the night with a reception that was nothing short of spectacular. After a quick room flip, the venue came alive with laughter, music, and the clinking of glasses (guests grabbed a glass of champagne on the way to their seats!) as friends and family toasted to the newlyweds. To top it all off, Mallory and Tyler surprised everyone with a choreographed first dance before their live band really got the party started!
Mallory and Tyler’s wedding was a perfect blend of elegance, personalization, and heartfelt celebration. It was a joy to work with them and make the process of planning a wedding from a different continent AND timezone a smooth one!
