Our base package is called “Wedding Management” instead of “day-of coordination” for a reason. We believe the term, “day-of coordination” is misleading, as there’s no way we can actually just show up the day of and know how to run your wedding day. Because we place huge value in our client experience, we want to ensure everything is taken care of, with enough time to tie up loose ends and finalize the nitty gritty details. A lot goes into a wedding day, as we are sure you know, so we start our planning involvement around 2-3 months before your wedding. We also include all staffing charges in our wedding management fee so you never have to worry about whether or not we will be able to adequately execute your wedding day.

We will talk through your vision for your wedding day, your pain points, and what’s most overwhelming about the wedding planning process for you. Then we will pinpoint the perfect package for you. I’m not sure which package to choose!
Absolutely! We know that the scope of work you hire us on may change throughout the planning process as life gets hectic or if you decide that you’d rather outsource something (for your sanity!) We are very upfront about any additional charges. There will be no surprises along the way! We typically charge more for: travel and accommodations beyond 1 hour away from Madison, WI, pickup or return of rental items, design (if not included in package), additional time, to name a few things. This list is not exhaustive.
Can I add-on services?
We pride ourselves in our abilities to provide unparalleled customer service. We also think we're pretty cool. ;) Wedding planning is our expertise. People matter the most to us and you will feel and experience it, we promise. What sets us apart is our love for hospitality. We take care of all the details and logistics, but also want to ensure that everyone is taken care of, especially you! (That means mom can enjoy the wedding too!)
What makes you different from other planners?
Because every event is unique and different, we suggest a consultation call to get your custom proposal. On average, our couples have a wedding budget between $30,000-$50,000. However, if your budget is not in that range, that does not mean we are unwilling to work with you as there are a lot of considerations (guest counts, your wedding priorities, package you choose, etc.) We also are pretty creative people, and can get extra thrifty if we need to!
What is your pricing?
We are lucky enough to say that we are using our college degrees in the real world! Between me (owner - Deanna) and our lead coordinators, we have a combined 10+ years of experience. We have planned a lot of events - non-profit, corporate, and of course, weddings - our favorite!
How much event planning experience do you have?
We know how overwhelming it is to make large purchases all at once. No need to add any additional stress to your life. We offer a payment plan as follows: 50% retainer upon booking, 25% due at the midway point, and the remaining 25% one month before your wedding. We accept check, cash, debit/credit cards and ACH transfers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, with you in mind we have blog posts with planning advice, as well as a mailing list that delivers exclusive content so you can plan your own wedding but with guidance from a professional. Obviously, you will still have to be a bit more hands-on with planning, but with less worries, because you’ll have a plan! We offer a FREE wedding planning checklist too!
