Do I get a refund on my purchaseS?

After your purchase, you should immediately have access to your purchases. The resources are available in Google Docs formatting, and we strongly recommend using this format rather than converting to a different program (like Microsoft Word). You should get an instant download PDF with more details on how to access your purchase. The one product in the SHOP that uses a different program is the Welcome & Onboarding Packet, which is available through Canva, a graphic design program that is free and easy to use!

How are the products delivered?

Yes! Your purchases will always be available as you will have your own copies of the purchases. If there any updates to your purchases, we will send you an email to notify you of updates (at no additional cost to you!)
